If the DNS page is showing "AUTO", then the cable-modem receives its IP-address from the Shaw DHCP-server. If the setting is "MANUAL", then you must be told by Shaw what IP-address to manually enter, as an "override" of the whole DHCP-client-and-DHCP-server configuration protocol. if you want to see if it's a dns issue, use the nslookup command in command prompt. Assumng your dns is set to auto and using shaw. nslookup

Web browser says 'DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET', even I reset the router, but still same thing is happening. Restarting PC, resetting network service wont work. I suppose this is problem with Shaw network and the router.. Any solution to fix DNS problem? Almost all of the network issue I am having is because of DNS.
